【ディズニー】ハロウィンNo.1フードの呼び声も
現在、東京ディズニーランドでは、秋の定番スペシャルイベント「ディズニー・ハロウィーン」を開催中だ。パーク内外では同イベントに連動したスペシャルメニューの数々を販売中だが、なかでもダントツに人気が高そうなメニューが牛カルビコーン。牛カルビにコーン？ という一見するとあり得ないようなコンビネーションの同メニューを実食レポ！この「牛カルビコーン（パンプキン・マッシュポテト）」（1個500円）は、東京ディズニーランドに入ってワールドバザールを抜けた左側、「ザ・ガゼーボ」というカウンターサービスの店舗で販売中。“あずまや（＝休憩所）”という意味の同店は、オレンジ色の屋根をしたこじんまりとした小さなお店で、イベントごとに連動したメニューを出す店舗なのだ。
「牛カルビコーン（パンプキン・マッシュポテト）」（1個500円）は、ブラックコーンの見た目はアイスのようだが、その中身は牛カルビがみっちり入った面白い一品。パンプキン・マッシュポテトで密封効果があるためか、食べ進めて牛カルビにたどり着くと、湯気が出てくるほど！ 肌寒くなってくる秋、そして冬の始めにはとてもうれしいメニューだ。
そして気になるお味は、ガッツリと普通の牛カルビ！ パンプキン・マッシュポテト、そしてブラックコーンとの相性も悪くないけれど、ストレートにライスがほしくなるほど、牛カルビの主張が激しい。インスタなどにも映えそうな見た目のインパクトと、素材同士の意外性が話題を集め、「ディズニー・ハロウィーン」のスタート前から注目を集めていた。
ちなみに「牛カルビコーン（パンプキン・マッシュポテト）」（1個500円）の販売期間中は、グランドメニューである「ブレッドコーン（シーフードチャウダー／チリコンカン）」の販売はない。販売期間は、2017年10月31日（火）まで。同イベント開催中だけの期間限定のスペシャルメニューの「牛カルビコーン（パンプキン・マッシュポテト）」を見逃さないで。
